Little bit of "Piku" in everyone
Piku captured the minutest details of a typical Bengali family...and most of them were mostly accurate... starting from the existence of a Chobi maashi or pishi in almost every Bong household to a Bengali father's exceedingly critical nature to the hostile and never-accepting-your-fault demeanor of an independent Bengali gal...The movie is like a refreshing drink in the scorching heat...makes you identify with the leading character

This movie is one of the best portrayal of a bong family. Very nostalgic. Somewhere in the journey u feel as if u too are a part of it and that's the magic.
